Catholic Identity

As a Catholic School, particular attention is given to religious and moral training, and formation, which are important for improving the child and the society as a whole. Mass is celebrated every Wednesday and this is officiated by the Local Manager or the School’s Chaplain. Catechism is taught to students who are willing to receive the sacraments of the Holy Eucharist and Confirmation on Wednesdays and Fridays. Students observe the Lenten season by donating items to orphanages or less privileged in the society. The Local Manager organises some priests within the Archdiocese to listen to confessions of the catholic students to prepare them spiritually for the Easter celebration. Currently, seventy per cent of the student population are catholics.
